Pump Station Maintenance
Planned Maintenance involves all types of service agreements, from standard maintenance
contracts with regular inspection and repair to complete framework agreements covering
all aspects of pump supply and maintenance under one contract. Agreements can include the
total operation and maintenance of pumping stations and associated equipment.
Aish Electro-Mechanical Services utilises a computerised database covering all service
contracts, all types of equipment and complete service history. All engineers carry
a laptop enabling them to access all relevent site information instantly. We strongly
recommend annual servicing of pumps, levels and control panels to ensure continuous safe
and correct operation thereby addressing any problems before they become expensive
breakdowns, and occasionally rendering the plant inoperable.
To maintain the performance and reliability of equipment we offer a complete
'Service Contract' package. This includes scheduled visits to keep the equipment in optimum
condition and provides early indication of potential problems, which can then be scheduled
for rectification.
This work is a key element in preventing the vast majority of system failures and prolonging
the economic working life of the equipment. Our 'Service Contract' engineers produce a report
following a visit to an installation. This highlights potential problems, which they consider
may need attention before the next scheduled visit, and in addition recommends any preventative
measures that could be taken to maintain the efficiency of the installation.
